It is responsible for regulating the safety of hazardous substances such as explosives, compressed gasses and petroleum. Its purpose is the control of import, export, transport, storage and usage of petroleum products, compressed gasses, flammable materials, cryogenic vessels, designs and installation of all necessary and relevant infrastructures.
